  • What types of rooms are available?
    BIJOU Serviced Residence offers a variety of room types including studio, 1 bedroom, 2 bedroom, and 3 bedroom units. Many of our rooms also offer long balconies for your enjoyment.
  • Is there a washing machine or laundry facility available?
    Yes, all apartments offer washing machines along with iron and ironing board. The facility also offers laundry and dry-clean services, available at an extra charge.
  • Is there parking space available?
    We do have parking spaces available, but please note that only one car is allowed per unit. Parking at the front of the building is reserved for short-stay guests and visitors, while parking inside the building is reserved for long-stay guests only. The cost for car parking is $100 per month, or only $50 per month for those who rent for a year.
  • What is the cost of electricity and water for long stay guests?
    For guests who booked 28 days and beyond, an electricity fee of $0.25/kWh and a water fee of $0.65/m³ will be charged.
  • Are pets allowed in the apartments?
    Unfortunately, we cannot allow any pets on the premises, regardless of size or breed. We understand the importance of pets in people's lives, but we must prioritize the comfort and safety of all of our residents. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in upholding this policy.
  • How do I get to your property?

  • Can I rent an apartment for long-term?
    Yes, you can rent an apartment for long term. BIJOU Serviced Residence offers both short- and long-term stays, with lower rental rates starting from 28 days.
  • Are airport transfers available?
    While we do not directly transfer, we are able to help facilitate for taxi or pick-up services such as Grab. Please contact us directly to arrange this service.
  • Is smoking permitted in the building?
    In an effort to promote a healthier living environment, smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the entire building, including within individual units.
  • What forms of payments are accepted in reception?
    Guests can use their Visa, MasterCard, Cash or KHQR Bank Transfers (ABA, CAMPU, ACLEDA, etc).
  • Are baby cots and extra beds available?
    Our serviced residence is currently unable to provide baby cots or extra beds.
  • What time is check-in and check-out?
    Check-in time is at 2pm and check-out time is 12PM noon.
