It was a normal day at BIJOU Serviced Residence, until one of our guests faced a life-threatening situation. Luckily, he called our Front Office number, and Heaven Nuth, one of our receptionists, received his call. She acted with courage and compassion, and saved his life. For her heroic deed, she was awarded with both a cash prize and the Hero Award, a prestigious recognition for outstanding guest assistance. This is her story.

When the guest required medical attention, Heaven acted without delay and accompanied him to the nearest hospital, ensuring that he received the necessary care. She went above and beyond her duty by staying past her working hours to monitor our guest's condition before leaving. She also contacted our guest's company to arrange his expense coverage and his family's notification.
